The following information concerns Internal File Number 2003R00962 and Court Docket Number CR 05-60051:
A trial has been scheduled on June 28, 2006, 09:00 AM in the case involving defendant(s) Scott Louis Guenther, Frank Richard Hendricks. It is possible, however that this date may change. The next status hearing has been set for June 12, 2006 at 1:30 p.m.
